We let them out three days in a row the hawk was killing us tho .. we’re just gonna breed what we have for now and try to break them in when the better weather comes..

Bro new birds will bring all kind of different bacteria into your coop. its not that crowded in there so that's not the problem at this point. You don't know exactly what they have , so I would recommend that you put them on amoxicillin which is a light antibiotic for 7 to 14 days . You can pick that up at the bronx pet shop. Good luck 👍

Put garlic in water over night then give to birds take garlic out give them the water. Change daily

First of all separate the sick ones from the good birds right away get tonys treasure give for 7 days. Get diatammaccious each mix it with feed. Get vet rx follow directions ... and get some electrolytes for them.
