This is why we use roll value rather than crit value when determining what artifacts are good or not. You probably would have benefitted more from atk%, ER, or EM on that circlet with no crit substats rather than hoping that you roll 5 times into crit.

It is kinda confusing tbh, cause it depends on what character you're building... In the case of maulani as her multiplier is based on hp so you would need hp% (sands) - hydro dmg % (goblet) - crit DMG Circlet just like this every character has their own build requirements

Best stats overall is Crit Rate, Crit DMG and ATK, for characters that focus on burst damage use 4 piece of that set from Inazuma with pure ER, CR, CD or EM
