Canonically in the first Pokemon games the Nidorino battling the Gengar is his fight with Agatha and since he became the champion with a Nidorino it makes sense that his last pokemon is Nidoking l

@bassplay666 when you play the first games or any game with oak as the proff he sends out a nidoran when he introduce what a pokemon is. It's kind of his pokemon of choice and considering how good it is in a Kanto play through he's might have a point

It's just a female option the ROM Hack added. Probably based the female character from the manga. Their name can either be Green or Blue because of Japan and America having the rival names mixed up.

No. There isn't Missigno Number, or pokémon above lvl 100 in this version
