Wow, you were lucky, I could barely make any move for the first 3 days, steady pain all around my tummy but not on the mesh for the first 80 hrs until the pain finally started to go down.

Hello and thank you for commenting. All of white villas is very quiet. The driveway to the main road is 100 metres long and the road has not much traffic. It’s beautiful and I highly recommend.

Hello. Thank you for showing your room. We're thinking of staying at the this resort in one of the back rooms the house - the same as you stayed in. May I ask if you found the room to be nosy during the night with it facing the back of the resort and towards the road? Your experience would be very useful for us.

2 theories why Pearl Beach has this name: One is original developers wanted to name all Beach and streets after gem stones, and, secondly, there were once many types of stones along the shore of the beach which were like pearls with all the types of rocks & stones that were smoothed by waves & sand...😊

Good for you brother i meet with a surgeon in couple days ...any recommendations i should talk to the surgeon about?
@hendogtv17442 ай бұрын
I don’t know what you could ask the Surgeon. All a recommend is to avoid pain medication that might constipate you. I consumed about 3000mg per day vitamin C to keep my stool soft for easy passing of stool. You don’t want to be straining on the toilet 🚽

@hendogtv17442 ай бұрын
@@random-clip-j1j hello my friend. I am very well thank you 🙏. Only sometimes I will feel what I believe is the mesh. It is not painful at all, just a brief feeling that something is in my body now. Good luck if you about to under go this procedure or if you are recovering. God bless

@@hendogtv1744 My post-op journey has been similar. Pain is there but not so awful that I can't handle it. Dissipates a little each day. Lots of walking to keep the blood flowing for a faster recovery. Constipation was an issue for the first day or so. I'd compare the pain to that which one might feel the day after doing a bunch of crunches for the first time. And they give you pain meds, which in my opinion are stronger than necessary yet a nice break (even half a tablet) from the post-op discomfort. My feeling is that some could get by with just OTC analgesics. Maybe even nothing. Thanks again for your post, Hendog.

I was constipated 3 days after surgery. The first No2 was ok as I ate fruit before surgery, but the second No2 was very difficult to get out. Straining! ... so I recommend eating foods that make you go to the toilet easy, post surgery, and maybe take laxative if ok with Doctor. I took 2 Coloxy w/ Senna tablets and it only caused gas. Have suppositories available too to help get the hard parts past the exit. After the operation in hospital, I ate a small fruit salad, then chicken with sauce, and a little rice, then followed by small salad, for first meal. I still got constipated from this, so avoid anything that will clung you up. Aim for fibre and fruit and veg. Have lots of water. The problem is you don't want to damage the hernia repair straight up. My pain level was like 1-2 many times in the first few days, with maybe a 4 here and there. After day 6, bruising set in over testicle middle front, and side, that had the hernia. Very painful, but still 6 out of 10 when moving. I got laparoscopic method, and the three entry points under near the belly button, 7 days ago.

You are partly correct... it is called Pearl Beach because when you look down from that lookout on a day there is some swell the waves form a string of rips (due to the steepness of the sand into the water) and the string of white water rips retreating back to the ocean look like a string of Pearl's....

That was a mad one man sweet edit! did you go to the monkey bar at the end of the beach? The ride was pretty sketchy along the dirt road getting to the beach when I went in 2018.
@hendogtv17444 жыл бұрын
Thanks Tristan. Yes the dirt road to nacpan beach was in really bad shape 😂. But that just added to the adventure. I only went out to tiki bar in el nido. That’s a great club and the live band was mind blowing. The Little Filipina women singing covered celine dion and Whitney Huston and pulled it off just like the original. OMG it was amazing.
