My wife and I adopted Polly from the Greyhound Adoption Program, Victoria, Australia. on the 4th of Feb 2012. What a beautiful girl, she's like a shadow, r attached to us by velcro. What placid, loving dogs. If you're thinking about adoption, seriously just do it!

Yes we have... she is lovely...7yrs old in July... took a couple of months to settle, frightened to put a paw wrong..nobody wanted her........ but now she plays, tells us if she wants to go out in the garden...only likes short walks... and just loves her food... I hope she is happy now, we are happy to have her.. she is special...

I remember a few years back I had a teacher who adopted a greyhound...and she was a beautiful girl, brindle, and so very, very sweet. She often lead around his toddler son. She was easily 4 times the boy's size but she was very patient, nuzzling him with her snou[ and I don't think Nana from Peter Pan could have done better with him.

Beautiful happy, smiling faces! They all should have a loving home, not a "career" entertaining low lives who just want to make a buck! Or even worse, who go to races in the hopes of seeing "crashes"...! They are the best, loving, forgiving four-legged souls!
