It was a lot of work molding out the body shape. Part of the body was molded using Milliput. The tender was cut and modified. Some of it is in the description.

This was the last new Thomas Wooden Railway item I bought, last year, as a matter of fact. I bought it because I wanted to have a Kevin model that was more accurate to his TV Series counterpart than his 2009 model from Learning Curve. After I bought him, I cut ties with Mattel due to their horrid mistreatment of Thomas. If Mattel would simply release new models of characters who haven't been in the 2022 Wooden Railway line like Duck, Donald, Douglas, Oliver, Toad, and Daisy, I wouldn't have had to cut ties with them. I am glad to have cut ties with Mattel and moved onto many of Thomas Wooden Railway's competitiors that put more effort into their wooden trains, including BRIO, Maxim, Orbrium, NameTrains, and ZanyTrains.

The last new Thomas Wooden Railway item I ever bought. I cut ties with Mattel shortly after buying him due to their horrid mistreatment of the Thomas franchise since late 2017. If Mattel had actually released new TWR models of characters like Duck, Donald, Douglas, Oliver and Toad instead of just giving us new Day Out With Thomas models (at most), I wouldn't have had to cut ties with them, especially since I would have bought the aforementioned Duck, Donald, Douglas, Oliver, and Toad models.

Yeah, this is the livery of Albert for my T&F Series. He keeps the same color, but he gets NWR lettering & a number instead. I haven't made his coaches Helena & Victoria yet. In my T&F head canon, the FR Livery is referred as "Pre-Sodor Albert".
