I've changed mine twice I even went to a mechanic and they said they couldn't figure out why my 2013 taurus sel is randomly doing this it'll be fine for a few day or a wk then out of nowhere same issue after about an hr of waiting my car starts up fine does anyone know or have an idea on what else it could be?

Tell the sexist clown men are known for impatience, not women. Who is more likely to ask a waiter where food is, rob or steal instead of patiently work for more? Was Mom less patient than Dad? Thats not normal. Even the military thinks women are more patient. On 9/11 only two jets were scrambled. The pilots were picked for not being impatient, ready to shoot something down, maybe before taking the time to confirm. Of dozens to chose from, one of the pilots was a 22 year old woman.

I removed the 2 bolts floating around in the case. At 2:05 in the video I show the loose hardware in the motor case. I didn't find anything missing hardware, but I removed it and it has been great since. So just look around for things out of place near the linkage movement area. If you disconnect the linkage at the bottom end and all works well you can nawlrrow it down.

All that because they decided to discontinue the ssc12417 teleflex cable & change it to the 13417 that doesn’t fit the rack. So what should have only cost the amount of the cable you now have to source out the correct “tilt” rack helm SH91610P that is compatible with both the new SSC13417 cable for a Tilt Steering system!!! I know all this because I’m doing my ‘97 21ft Regal 🤦🏻♂️

Chinese made junk. Took mine apart and cleaned all the tubing of zero oils, cleaned pilot light hole (even with carb cleaner) and nothing came out. The flame is tiny and useless. In the garbage it goes. Just buy another one since these are not repairable.

I don't understand. Why does a dirty sensor cause the smoker to say it's hotter than it is? Or how does a dirty sensor in the smoker make a separate probe show a lower temperature?

Don't use or need teflon tape as that fitting doesn't seal via the threads, it seals with the teflon washer (that should be replaced every time you undo that connection) at the base of the fitting as it tightened up into the pump.

Nice video! I have a 40hp engine and the same problem. the tilt gives out now and then. had the relays changed several times and also tried spraying them with contact spray. have not checked for a cable being bent and im honestly dissapointed in the shop if they didnt check for it and that is the problem. thanks!

I do like it. My likes are the fact that it doesn't waste any water, it's very simple, and the annual maintenance is just a filter change. My only issue / dislike, which is probably due to house size and a pellet stove, is it will only get my house to about 37% humidity with the pellet stove running all winter. With no humidifier, we were at 19% constantly with the pellet stove running. I would buy another one of these before I would buy a panel type. I installed a Aprilair 600 in my last house and the water panel type humidifiers are extremely wasteful and don't do that much better of a job.

Spent 2 days after installing a $15 rebuild kit which included a new no name brand of spark plug. Had this exact issue. Put the old plug back in and TA DA... works great now.. Tanks.

Question I’m looking at a 2010 Ford Taurus SEL all-wheel-drive with the module will be in the same place on that one because the gentleman says it’s having an intermittent no start condition. Sometimes it starts sometimes it doesn’t.

Man I'm glad I ran across this video... My wife has a 03 Mercury mountaineer and on Thanksgiving Day we noticed there was no second gear or fifth but it drove okay as long as you let it shift to third.. We only drove it that one day and parked it... was throwing this code so I pulled the pan and was checking things out..no metal just normal wear... looked actually very good for 254,000 mi.. pulled the servo cover off and sure enough it was broke...It had broken in two pieces, three if you count the shaft.. Thanks for the vid... Hope this gets her back on the road...👍👍👍
