I want to know who audits the Fulton COUNTY DA's office? Does the Fulton CO Auditor have the ability to at as a check to ensure OPEN RECORDs REQUESTs are done right? The DA's office uses the FULTON CO portal right? At every turn it seems as though the FULTON CO DA office conducts itself like an OVERLORD entity that has only an one way street leading from the COUNTY or STATE to the DA office. It is not reciprocal at all. I don't see how records which involve fiduciary matters, not criminal case specific at all, are even stored INSIDE the DA office in the first place. Fulton CO elects and pays for that OFFICE to be run without corruption. The MAYOR OF NYC was just indicted. There have been a slew of New Jersey elected officials who have been indicted and prosecuted and found guilty of illegal activity . IN all of them - it boils down to money. And isn't that what an auditor's job is? Why is the DA office continually inserting the IT dept? Is it because the records are digital? That makes zero sense to me for a multitude of reasons Some if not most, any attorney would understand and work to ensure all records AKA information is safe. Why would any records about any third party relationships/contracts with the DA office be housed/archived inside the COUNTY IT dept? How would any citizen ever figure that out independently?
