The dunes definitely are something to see! Probably would be better to go in the winter when it’s not as hot, though.

@AbandonedMines1112 сағат бұрын
Yes, it’s always impressive to see all those underground stulls like that. This was a pretty big mine. Might have to go back to it one of these days and crawl through some of those stopes and see what we can find in terms of artifacts. Thanks for taking the time to comment!

This is not the same cave. Many cave have a similar shape at the top. Kenny described it as being narrow. This does not fit his description. Cool find, though.

Although this visit is exploratory, it gives an appropriate feeling for the horror content We in the Middle East and North Africa region and all Islamic societies believe in the existence of jinn creatures that can inhabit empty places such as mines. Greetings from Algeria

Such a stunning place to walk. Are there any dangerous animals or creatures in the area?

We did find a very brightly colored mountain king snake further up in the canyon. I believe it had red, white, and black banding on it.

You think of all the creeks you could travel upstream just to see where it starts.
@AbandonedMines113 күн бұрын
According to topographic maps, this creek, like many others, goes up into the hills via a ravine and basically just starts near the top. There are several intermittent creeks that do contribute to this one which probably helps. Out of all of them, though, this creek is the only one that flows year around.
@nebraskanassassin60583 күн бұрын
That's exactly how I would of crossed that creek to Franky 😂

There were several such crossings. Good hike to wear an old pair of boots that you don’t care about getting trashed. Thanks for checking out the video, man!

Look, I have just heard this properly for the first time tonight. And it hits Deeply I must say, I went back and jacked up the stereo a bit with no low-end, and kept hitting the 5 sec reverse button shortcut on youtube to hear the chatter for a few times. Its so deeply eerie it takes a lot for me to get weepy like this. wow. I can't imagine what that was, it was so unknown feeling... I can only come up with this explanation (on the spot): The time of a collapse or gas related death, a flood, a quake, or unknown attack killed 1, 2, 3 or more people near the exit or not so near the exit of the shaft, and the voices of those poor people (their last words) were embedded in that tunnel 'for ever more', and exists their as a stamp of what happened that day, the day of their death (like a record). But the question is, why do the voices go off at a particular time in that particular place of the shaft? Could we suggest that there is some kind of self-aware intelligence deciding to 'make those voices' At that time? Or, Could it be that the abundance of Quartz Crystal (that is scattered around) is holding 'the memory of that Day' (the Day of the tragedy), again, like a record. - Could death and terror be so emotionally powerful that it penetrated the quartz crystal so deeply, it is the most potent memory of that shaft, and it releases that memory when people pass by. - just a couple thoughts. thanks.

Hi Frank, how's the water, cold? Interesting place for a drill bit? Have a great rest of your week!
@AbandonedMines113 күн бұрын
The water was your typical mountain stream water. Kind of cold but not too bad. The drillbit was interesting. Apparently at one point there was some kind of crude roadway that made its way up the canyon. There were bridges in certain spots, so that drillbit may be left over from something like that. Good hearing from you again, Doug!
