On the back under the power button there’s smth that says open, feel a part that’s sticking out and then pull it then open the battery and replace dead battery.

There’s an open hatch slightly below the power button, turn the fan upside down and pull down on that little part that slightly bulges out

Oh also, you could have probably placed a no slip mat/rug on the floor below the pillow to prevent it from slipping against the hardwood. Probably a bit late to suggest since this is like 9 months old, haha.

What if I can't put the pillow on top of the washer while cleaning the cover? Does that go against the suggested use? XD Lol, good review. Hoping this solves my "cant reach the floor" in my recliner issue. Cheers. =p
