Free advice from an ex Land Rover mechanic-- . Dismantle & check the swivel hub bearings: the worn bushes will be an effect, not a cause, obviously renew any worn bushings or steering joints but I'd bet money that the swivel bearings are the root of your problem.

Rear right tire was separating. Tire tread appeared new but vehicle had been sitting for 1 year and tires were already 6 years old.
