You could work on your core, cardio and technique to lessen your fatigue. I have both shoes and they do not fatigue me faster than heavier shoes. I noticed in your badminton play videos that you are heavy footed. Work more on technique and footwork and guaranteed you'll have less fatigue. Shoes should not be blamed for it.

Arcsaber 11 play is comparable to Yonex astrox 88 play, not 88s game

What a perfect time to watch this video. I am using Arcsaber 11 play and looking for an upgrade. Realized stiff rackets will be a bit much for my level, so opting in for a Game series. After watching this video I am considering 88 D Game.

Which strings would you recommend for this racket? I have taken BG65TI with 26 tension but the racket feels more of a defense than attack...

I'd go with the strings and tension you usually play with

Hi there, I am 46y.o., 108kg, 183 cm. I do 2.5h long sessions in an intermediate league. I play doubles only. My heart rate is in the Zone 4-5 throughout a session. I have 3 sessions a week. I wear Apple Watch to all of my sessions. My calories burnt are usually around 500-600 an hour. These have been my steady numbers for 3 years now.
@BeastBadminton112 күн бұрын
Thanks for sharing - good to get more data points. Any idea how many games you usually play during a 2.5h session? I usually play one, sit one out, play one, etc.
@alexx18711 күн бұрын
@ 7-11 games. Depends how many players come on a given day. We have a fixed number of courts and if there are few ppl, say, exactly 16 for 4 courts - I get to play almost non stop and then I am dying for the next 24 hours :-) If it is 4-6 more than the number of courts can accommodate, then I get to rest and it’s around 7-9 games. One edit to my initial post: turns out I was wrong about my heart rate. It is evenly distributed among Zones 1-4. Zone 5 has a couple minutes per session.

Reaaly love that finally find your channel, i like to watch shoes review, and yours are great.. Just one thing, maybe next time you can say padding instead of ankle cushion or toe cushion.. Because as far as i know, cushion belongs more to midsole.. But, i do really enjoy your video, thanks

Hi, I restarted playing badminton after nearly 30 years. I have these rackets: 88 Play Gen3, 77 Pro, Nanoflare 1000 Tour, and 11 Play. The 77 Pro is the best, but I mostly play with the 11 Play to avoid clashing damage😂. The Nanoflare, as you said, requires good technique, not for me.

I just moved over to the arc7 tour from the 11 play. Found the 11 play too head heavy due to poor quality control. It had the same head weight as a 88d! Arc7 is perfect because you can concentrate on your technique while the racket does what is asked of it.

Hi, first of all, your content is amazing!!! I'm currently using a Lining Saga 2 SE, the cushion on this shoes is amazing. I'm thinking of buying a secondary shoes, it can be from either Yonex or Lining and I want the shoes to be as much cushion as possible, I'm thinking of the eclipsion z3 or the Comfort Z, do you have any other recommendation? I'm a big player and my size is 285-290
@BeastBadminton128 күн бұрын
Thanks for the kind words. If you're looking for comfort, skip the comfort z and consider lining's thunder pro. the eclipsion is great but be mindful if you have narrow feet

I play with Arcsaber 7 series, Astrox 100 Game, & recently Nanoflare 1000 Play. Astrox 100 Game is the heaviest & get too tired during the session. Nanoflare 1000 Play produces more power than the Arcsaber 7. But I feel quicker using the Arcsaber 7. The Arcsaber 7 Play strung at 24 lbs feels wobbly, which means you can feel vibration when hitting the shuttlecock. Get the Tour or Pro!

so by conclusion, which is the best for smashes nanoflare 1000 game or the astrox 100 game

Please review the Babolat Shadow Tour 5 shoe next Aske. Babolat is huge in tennis and pickleball but not as much in badminton so I think it would be interesting to see whether if their badminton shoe or equipment is as good as other brands. Besides, there isn't any good reviews about them either.

I sometimes play with my Astrox 100 Game. I get too tired during the session. My smashes are powerful but fatigue is a concern. I prefer Arcsaber 7 series.
@BeastBadminton128 күн бұрын
The astrox 100 game is very head heavy and full of power so doesn't directly compare with these (i.e. for doubles it isn't as easy to defend with as the even balanced rackets in this video)

I watched ur video about Sage 2 SE before buy. Now around 1 month I've been using Sage 2 SE. My previous shoes is Eclipsion Z3( 1year+). For my personal comparison, I've found that Sage 2 SE is better & feels lighter than Eclipsion Z3. Better in terms of weight & support. After this, my next shoes I would maintain Li-ning brands 😂👍

Hello! I have recently bought Astrox 88s pro (second gen) to replace my arcsaber 7 play, though I haven’t properly tested the new racket yet. I hope it’s a good upgrade because I’m looking for control and a little bit more power, I also play mixed (I’m a woman) and singles. What is your opinion on this racket?
@azahalinaАй бұрын
I was gonna buy either 88S/D game version to start with, but I found 88s pro repaired in perfect condition, which costed even less that game version and for me as a student is more affordable 😅 but I heard so many people shitting Astr88S pro and enhancing third gen, so I got confused 🙈 I want powerful smash but also craving consistency and control…

Not a pro or fully intermediate player this side but have got experience using arcsaber 11 play. Arcsaber is a great lineup but the 84g category felt taxing on my elbows/shoulders and restricted my mobility. Thus I would suggest to first assess your joints strength and then choose a racquet type. I found a better racquet for my strength to be something having medium stiffness, weighs under 80g and is head heavy and 22lbs tension.
@TheHi-TАй бұрын
I play with Arcsaber 7 Pro, Tour, & Play. My strengths are in the mid & rear court. If a player needs to force the swing to generate power then this racket is not for that player. I've been able to generate powerful drives & attacking clears. For smashes, it is not as powerful as Astrox or Duora (even-balance). I will not get tired from repeatedly smashing. I like this series because I can defend, attack, & get to the shuttlecocks much faster.
