ginos found guilty of keeping there employees stat holiday pay for almost 20 years...then they tried to only pay half of there holiday pay to there employess and got caught for that to...all those minimum wage employees getting taken advantage of

I am really frustrated with bell customer services. I got the quote for the business internet and business phone number. I got the date for the technician to install the internet, but one showed up she said firstly they need to install the fibre internet from then onwards no one ever came. I have my own business i need wifi to connect debit machine, i call almost everyday bell everytime but no help.

BELL preaches about mental health. As an employee of BELL I know what mental health means to them...NOTHING!! Look into how many BELL employees are on a "mental health" leave of absence at any given time..you will be sickened! This company does NOT give a squirt about their employees... they use and push us as long as they can then kick us to the curb when they can't squeeze anymore out of us. Don't be fooled..BELL Let's Talk Day is just a smoke show to make people think they care, and BELL's donations are just a tax benefit.

What would the world look like if competitors sold what they had instead of pointing out what the competitor doesn’t? I’m not a fan of the finger-pointing culture in advertising. Tell us what you offer us without trying to put down your opponent. You don’t like it when they do it to you. When someone tries to make themselves look better by putting someone else down, I feel like I am being forced to choose the lesser of two evils. Tell the people what you offer and let them make their choice. If you have what they need, they will come to you. And here’s a bonus for you … all the special deals you offer new customers should also be extended to existing customers. When a loyal customer of 3 years or more sees a brand new customer offer that far exceeds the value of their current plan and customer service is unwilling to give them the same deal, that loyalty vanishes quickly. Bottom line … please attract customers ethically and remember that getting new customers is not as important as keeping them so give loyalty to your customers and they will show it to you. Before anyone starts saying that Bell just laid off a ton of employees and can’t afford to give everyone a deal, check the salary of just the CEO. If he were to be able to manage with a bit less than an attempt to get into the richest in the world club, they wouldn’t have needed to do a single layoff. This is the type of company that claims financial difficulty and when the government bails them out, they vote raises for the board of directors. Stop the greed. Let’s see honest business for a change.

What the hell, bell?! I called you and requested a callback because you were "experiencing higher than normal call volumes" - which means you actually don't hire enough staff, and this is very normal. ANYWAY...the call back came an hour+ later, it's now 10:20pm and the callback PUT ME INTO ANOTHER "PLEASE CONTINUE TO HOLD, WE WILL CONNECT YOU" .... you're wasting my time! YOU HAVE ONE JOB, WHICH I AM PAYING YOU FOR. DO IT.
