Quads blew tf up, I would say it's muscle swelling and pump but idk if that can make your quads so much bigger

Sugar and carcinogens cause both CAD and cancer. I believe vegetables are essential, but simple carbs are the source of poor health. I think you're on point for the most part and having CAD and a recent heart attack, I believe my issues are directly due to seed oils, hydrogenated oils Ann's sugar from alcohol. I'm taking massive antioxidants and glucosamine chondroitin sulfate to dissolve plaques and improve my ejection fraction. I'm getting better. Your advice is sound, thanks for posting.

Did your lifts/strength go up proportionally, or were the gains primarily fat?

Never fully extend your legs unless knee pain sounds fun.
@HungarianExperiment

@synckronix thanks for the concern but I think it's just the angle here as I'm not fully extending. watch when I unrack before the first actual rep, that's fully extended but I'm stopping just before that point on the 15 reps

Super nice experiment, but the shitty processed junk food hurt the test. Carbs = Jasmine rice with Kerry gold butter, salt, honey / molasses And meat !!
@HungarianExperiment
@HungarianExperiment Ай бұрын
@blacksmithgathering8647 highly doubt you can hit 800g of carbs per day for 6 weeks with just jasmine rice & honey but yes I agree, this is not a 'healthy' thing overall to do. Definitely sacrificing some aspect of health here for muscle growth

been following since the beginning. nice to see ya! this happens when i overtrain and even my family will notice. I know you have your shit together as far as fitness and recovery but may i say, I’m thinking your cortisol levels could be higher from overtraining which I usually solve by including more fruits and some recovery time

That's not a clean fast, her coffee isn't black. Canned coffee could have citrus acid that would break the fast. If you don't clean fast you aren't fasting.

Incredible results in this video! Reflecting on consistency, my cold email outreach has really taken off with DoYouMail. The dedicated IPs make a massive difference in reputation, and I have seen a noticeable improvement in delivery rates. It is been about two months, and I cannot imagine going back to anything else. If you are looking for a solid solution for cold emailing, give it a shot!

Awesome video! Your transformation is motivational. Speaking of transformation, my cold email outreach has leveled up since I started using Mystrika. The A/B testing options are fantastic, allowing me to tailor messages effectively. Plus, they have a comprehensive community which is great for support. If you are looking into cold emailing, I would highly recommend giving it a go, the results speak for themselves.

The journey to revealing your body is inspiring! Let is channel that energy into our work with cold emails. I have been using FilterBounce for email verification and it has truly impressed me. The accuracy keeps my bounce rate under 1%, which is crucial. What I love most is their real-time verification API-it just makes everything so seamless. Definitely worth trying out if you want to improve your email campaigns.

I am impressed by this body transformation! It is a great reminder that effort pays off, just like with cold emailing. FilterBounce has been my secret weapon for accurate email verification over the past few months. The fact that it keeps my bounce rate low is essential for my campaigns. If you are struggling with deliverability, you really should try them out!

Wow, such determination in this body transformation! Speaking of determination, I have had a positive experience with FilterBounce. Their affordable pricing and 300 free monthly verifications have helped my outreach campaigns stay strong. The bounce rate control is on point too. If you are frustrated with your cold emailing results, give FilterBounce a try. You would not regret it.

Were you training your abs directly during this experiment or they just didn't stay small as everything else grew? Also, what do you do now that you have gained this weight? Are you going to diet off the body fat? That would be an excellent addition to this experiment for you to diet the excess fat off whilst maintaining your muscle mass and strength throughout because I would be hoping that this would all be possible to do without losing the muscle/strength you've acquired. Otherwise I see it as pointless. Especially if aesthetics are high on ones list of priorities. Then another 6 week (cylce no. 2) could begin to progress a bit further. That would be so cool to see documented.
@WayneConnaughton
@WayneConnaughton 6 ай бұрын
Maybe a cut/diet would require a longer period to maintain the mass/strength as calories were so high that you would just get very weak and lose lots of mass if calories were restricted too much too soon. I'm very intrigued by this experiment I must say. I am currently very lean. I'm 42, height 170cm, 144lbs and around 7/8% body fat. I lift three times per week doing mostly strong lifts + accessory movements. I'm more interested in aesthetics than pure strength so I wouldn't let my body fat get out of control. I hit 183lbs in my 20's at about 16/18% bodyfat and I'm tempted to try to gain some mass back. Thinking I'd like to get up to 190 then diet of the excess fat and see what changed. Hopefully I'd be bigger. I would be nervous about gaining a lot of body fat and I know you have to put some on but I have gotten very lean many times and know how to do it so I may just try this out.

It would be super interesting to see you test multi days fasts (3 day consecutive water fasts once a month) as a form of cutting and see how you manage your performance in the gym, and overall fatloss results. Great job on completing this experiment bro! You killed it
