This is really helpful, thank you for sharing! 💖 I was wondering, when you recorded this video, were you a first-year student or an exchange student from another year? I'm considering NUS for my exchange program next year as a third-year student, but I'm a bit concerned about the chances of getting into an on-campus dorm. By the way, is PGPS considered an on-campus dorm, or is it off-campus? If you were an exchange student at that time, how likely is it to get a spot in the dorm? Do you have any tips for increasing my chances? Also, when did you sign up to reserve the dorm? I know I’m asking a lot 🥹🙏🏻, but this info is rlly important for my plans. I appreciate any help you can offer!

Unfortunately both the non-aircon canteen and the minimart have ceased all operations :( Minimart will get a replacement, not sure about the canteen. AC canteen still up and running!!

Thanks for sharing! I am just wondering how hot and uncomfortable it really is in Singapore... It would be very hard to survive without ac (the flat seems to have no ac)😂

It is quite humid but you get used to it after a few days (because it is the same temperature day and night), I was alright without AC. When you have AC the contrast can make you catch a cold also

Hi! In Singapore in general there aren't a ton, but you can definitely find many meat free dishes and the best thing is that in many stalls you can make your meals picking your ingredients and tofu is always an option

Glad you like it! In frontier (and in qll) you could find anything from 2.50 to 7.50 SGD I’d say, some of my favorite stalls there were the noodles, the chicken rice, the japanese or the muslim… honestly there are good dishes in all so I recommend changing each time haha :)

The kitchen has a microwave, a toaster and a fridge but that’s it, all utensils and pans you need to get your own. Nothing in the bathroom…

Hello, I was wondering if you used a gym which is not at pgpr? Is it possible to access all gyms and facilities at all campus if you live in pgpr? Really enjoy your videos!

Thank you! And yes all gyms in NUS are available for all students, I mostly went to the ones in UTown and USC (sports center), you just need to tap your student ID! And same for the pools

Not all of them are renovated, some blocks are still the old ones. In general you can chose which kind you want (renovated or not, AC or not) but it is not certain that you will get your first choice
