It's about a movie Maqbool, based on the Macbeth. So he is explaining how he extrapolated character of witches in Macbeth to his script.

In macbeth, the witches keep on making predictions and same is the case here In maqbool, one of the police officer made predictions and they turned out true always, which made the movie so much more exciting
