There was 2 storms in my city one in August 10 derecho and one in December 15 wind gust up to 70 and thoose 2 storms kept me traumatized now even when there is wind to 21 I literally get scared and when its cloudy I get scared

I love tornadoes and severe thunderstorms when they show up in the afternoon it's like one minute the sun is out and the next minute the sky turns dark like in this video.

Also isn't there a place in the United States that's called Tornado Alley it's a line of state's going straight down and of course Oklahoma's one of them.

How can people that film these video stay so calm? I'd be freaking out.
