This is the most humbling birthday reflection that I’ve seen, and I know that the Lord is going to take you into deeper and higher places, as long as you continue to hold onto his hand. You are already on the right path of learning what it means to consecrate yourself for his intimacy, and to lay yourself down so that he might have his way in your life. I related to the point that you made about immediately feeling conviction in the midst of your fasting when he brought it to your attention that you were just seeking for the things that you wanted and desired. Truly, I believe that I am in a season now where I am learning to really let go and let God because he knows everything that I need, and no matter what I may think. His ways are going to always be different than mine, and his thoughts will always be different than mine, and in the end it will always be for the good so thank you for making that point.❤

Happy birthdayyyy!! 🥳💕 Girl I related soo much about not blaming the devil any longer and with finally walking in purpose. It’s so scary walking in purpose because of the lack of control, but living an unfulfilling life is a different level of pain. Literally was talking to God about this today!! I know what path he’s taking me through and most of the end goals, but it’s not for me to be in control. It’s all his purpose and so because it’s his, I can’t put my own expectations on him. It’s really a process of letting go of control/expectations and moving in faith & trust for the building/preparing, which is really already handled and planned out 😅
