That's not the original '32 Ford from the movie which was a real steal bodied 1932 Ford. The one at this show is a fiberglass replica, notice the recessed firewall, a real '32 Ford is flush to the cowl. The fiberglass bodies are available as a kit car.

you are correct-i met paul n Pleasanton in 1998 and guy named rick figuro owned coupe -met paul again n 2007 goodguys national trails drgstp and weve been friends ever since-a supergreat guy-my friends said u dont know paul lemat-oh i dont? then i pull out the pics and they eat crow. Got Paul here in Mentor oh at Kmart in 2011-what would be a 500 car show normally we ended up with 2000 cars-u couldnt get within 2 miles of the place-an paul got more attention than a politition-and we brought him in in MY car!!!! ( Mentor police were in on the surprise!)

I saw the movie so many times because I consider that era son essential for the music I like to play with my R'n'B band, and for the cars I enjoy repairing or rebuilding (mainly Ford)... God bless Georges Lucas and his picture.

I saw the film when I was a kid, as it came on the movie theaters. God knows how much I loved it as far as I didn't want to leave the theater after seeing it all day long...

Cool stuff! My dad built a '32 Coupe Graffiti replica and the '55 Chevy because he loved the movie so much. He's met all the cast over the years multiple times. He had a T-Bucket too just like that one but blue. Sadly, he passed away last week and never got to see them finished. I'll be finishing the '32 as I promised him and taking it to shows. Maybe I'll run into you guys out there sometime.
