Just got mine, do they have to fit with the sensor on the right side? Seems more comfortable to me on the other left side?

You can wear the display on the left or right. If you go to the settings of the goggles, you can switch the display then simply flip the goggles over!

Both devices (goggles and watch) need to be out of the water at the same time to connect so we recommend wearing the watch and the goggles' display on the same side, and also breathing to that side. Please reach out to us at [email protected] if you need further assistance.

Despite the Form App saying my watch is connected, the Goggles never connect to the watch. I’ve spent way too much time trying to figure this out. Tracking with the goggles alone is easy. Tracking via the watch is way too complicated.

Thanks, great video. I always wonder about shaving versus getting waxed. Getting waxed seems to keep the hair off longer otherwise one needs to shave (or have someone shave you) every day before one races. Okay for professional swimmers who have support not as easy for single people.

I've never seen head pitch be recommended at such an angle. Usually they say to look lower but I'll trust you...

A lot of swimmers have been told to always keep their head down while they swim, which leads to many to actually bury their head in the water. Having your head position too far down can actually create MORE drag in the water, especially if the head is completely submerged, leading to a decrease in performance. It is better to say that a swimmer's head should be 'neutral' in the water, keeping your head in the natural alignment of your body.

Is there an issue with the form swim 2 and Apple Watch I open water? I followed the recommendations and the watch just keep getting disconnected and says no gps signal. When used alone the watch works flawlessly.

How is the usage of equipment like fins or paddles considered with form score? I guess right now it‘s not and inflating the form score?

FORM Score has outlier detection so any lengths where an outlier is detected (e.g. equipment, a sudden stop in the middle of the lane, etc), this length should be removed from your score calculations.

You can then choose FORM Score as a Turn Screen metric (as @pureNRG2 suggests!) so that you see your score at the end of each length. Be sure to sync your goggles once you change the dashboard so that you can see that data in your next swim!

If I get a head pitch score of 61 (for example) how do I know if I was looking too far forward or too far down? I can't tell which way I need to adjust my head to improve the score.
