Some people can’t because it is to late or don’t want to leave their families behind so they stay I know this because where my mom’s side of the family lives there was a Hurricane and they didn’t leave because some of them didn’t have a license and the cars where very small so they just stayed and she is not crazy she is trying to help

I’m not sure what part she’s in but in the pan handle, Perry Florida that got hit. The sheriff was telling residents who refused to evacuate to write there names, birthdays and other information on there body’s bc it would not be survivable. It was sad to because people were calling 911 last minute pleading to be saved but it was too late. I hope she wasn’t in that area.

You should definitely 💯 evaluate this is a level 4 hurricane 🌀 I am just trying to watch out for you just please evacuate I can’t make you do anything but if you don’t at least write your personal information on your arm or leg with permanent marker

It was level 5 in water and level 3 on ground I got caught right in the middle of it I'm now staying in a hotel while my house is getting repaired
