Looks lovely! Is there a way to adjust the pattern to have the buttons in the front instead of the back? I'm trying to make this pattern mobility friendly for my mobility impared friend.

Very pretty top and I love the fabric❤. The idea of pairing with a cardigan is a great idea, too. I’ve had this pattern for ages and forgot about it. Thanks for sharing😊

Is there any way you might do one of these with a focus on bodies that change sizes from year to year. I’ve suffered so much medically that my body is changing all the time and even more important than what might make me happy style wise, is what might stand a chance to fix again next year. Maybe it’s not enough of a worry for others though. But I’d certainly be interested.

Thank-you Brianna. Your vlogs always help me identify fabrics, especially as I have to shop online. Love your plans. I guess usually I start with a pattern & also plan a few seasonally appropriate outfits. The capsule idea is interesting.

Hi! Just wondering if it would be possible to cut the front pattern on a piece of fabric that is folded in half in order to avoid having a seam down the centre. Would that work or no?

What a great sewing subject matter! I made one years ago at a quilt and sewing expo, it was too small for me so I gave it to my DIL. It was with Kaffe Fassett fabric and beautiful. I later made one for myself. I was so afraid it would be too little that I made it 3 sizes too big. Now I need to alter it to fit correctly because I hate it as is. LOL .
@MinervaDotCom2 күн бұрын
It'll be so worth it when it's altered, you'll have a beautiful dressing gown that you made yourself!

Hi Dianne, What a beautiful dress and lovely fabric, too. Your tutorials are so clear; I am a beginner and really appreciate that you explain the cutting out procedure, because I find cutting into fabric really scary! Also, I love the fabric of the top you are wearing. Kind regards, Jill
