i don't think that is true. it's one of the missions in challenges and if I recall correctly, you can't choose the amount of money you want to have so I started with 13000 money(medium difficulty). the reason I have that amount of money in the video is that I was playing it for 2 or 3 hours straight and finally came up with this strategy to defeat him easily and then I recorded this video! by the way, it's obvious in the video that I didn't use any more resources except that the one I had but thank you for your comment.
