Don't throw away the cardboard! For people in tents, put a tarp down, cardboard fashioned with duck tape, tarp over that, then the tent. The ground saps heat out. This will help. In the spring, you can layer cardboard over a garden you are making to stop the weeds, then dirt on top before you plant. Just make sure there is no plastic on the cardboard. As cardboard rots, it attracts worms. Please pass this information on to churches, etc. They have mountains of cardboard boxes they are throwing away. 1

I felt the depth of y'all's sorrow in every word. We have always believed our mountains protect us from terrible weather. The derecho of 2012 proved us wrong. Please keep sharing your experiences with this super devastating storm. People outside of the affected areas need to know what happened. Everyone affected needs to know we haven't forgotten and won't forget what happened with this unprecedented catastrophe. I hope one day the survivors's stories are compiled into a book or a series of books with photos of the destruction that happened and have all proceeds go into all the communties to help the people in their recovery. Praying for everyone affected by the evil hurricane Helene. 🙏 Love Melissa in the mountains of Virginia. ❤ Mountain Strong. 🫶

This system presents a simple, effective, efficient and inexpensive way to heat homes and tents and sleep on warm ground!!! The idea uses the Earth as thermal Mass and radiates heat up into the living quarters whether it be a tent or a teepee or a yurt or a shed. Dakota Fire Hole Trench Rocket Stove Earthen Thermal Mass Heating System 28 Video Best Dakota Fire Hole Earthen Thermal Mass Heating System kzbin.info/aero/PLsEWVATMY6q2fs1n3lDWhsIlBxo0-rbAP&si=K0isX1WI38DOmSkY We all know it's getting cold there in WNC and E Tennessee. Many families are living in tents. I'm hoping maybe you or someone will listen to me and get in touch with me. I Have a solution for a lot of people. For now I'll just put a couple, no just put one playlist. Please watch a few of the videos. Watch at least the first two cuz the first one is going to be the first of two from a guy who built an underground trench whatever you want to call it tunnel rocket stove. He was going to set up a tent over the trench. He had fired it up one day. It snowed lightly. He fired up again and it melted all the snow. You can see that in his 2nd video. The video after that is the first of three of my videos which I did on the system that I built. You'll see the video it's inside of a geodesic dome. I put that system up and I did put the Dome up over it after we built it. My little grandkids help me do it so it's something that anybody can do. In the dome I did an interview for a documentary called beyond off grid wish if you have time you should watch it. I guess that's enough for now I'm trying to be very brief... My name is Jerry Diamond. I have studied for this point in time for 40 years now. My mind works such that when I see a problem I work on it till I find a solution. People talk about the motivation and the desperation and the burden and the sorrow and the devastation out in Western NC and Tennessee. I felt that for 40 years and it used to almost kill me and now that the I'm SEEING the grief that I felt for 40 years, it is not affecting me as much because I have processed it all for decades now. What you're all feeling I felt 20 years ago 30 years ago. What you're living through I felt in my heart and soul and mind for decades now. I've been studying how to help people for all that time and often figured how to do it with inspiration by God, but I put a problem in my mind I just work on until I get a solution. I have 100s of inventions and ideas. EVERYTHING that I designed worked. I have built three of these systems. They all worked perfectly. One of the second video you'll see was the Most elaborate one and the most thorough one that I built. The third one was the simplest smallest cheapest one made from 6 cm diameter that's 2.36 in camping stove pipe stainless steel stove pipe. It was designed to be a light portable demonstration unit. I was going to send it out with my daughter... Who lives near Ashville, but figured I can do more good by making videos and showing everybody how to do them because the parts are cheap they can be bought from Amazon AliExpress or eBay. I Will post a parts list soon basically you need two elbows, about 6 to be 10 feet of horizontal pipe for the trench, then the second elbow and about 4 ft vertical pipe coming out of the ground and that needs to be insulated or a thermal Mass around it so we can warm up heat up that's what creates the draft or draw because heat rises. There's Amish around the country that make stove pipe from stainless steel flashing. It's heavier wall than the junky black pipe you buy in the store and they sell it cheaper than what you buy black pipe bought in big box stores which will rust out after one year. Even this SS stuff won't stand up to the heat of a rocket stove forever, but it'll last a long time once you get the idea then you can build it out of anything fire brick slate Rock sheet steel there's a thousand ways to build it and 100 types of material to build it out of. I wish I could come out and help. But I can brainstorm and advise and help in any way that I can. I Cc'd this to my email and my number is 417-988-0333. Call me anytime of day or night 24/7/365. Not saying I'll answer all the time so text me that'd be the best thing text me email me call me do all three I'm on Facebook Messenger if you want to do that route I have been on Signal, so if you're on Signal I would get back on Signal but I'm not on there now. Please be safe as best you can. You're aware of some of the dangers. You have no idea how deep the evil goes and how great their forces are you up against. TJ of Grindstone Ministries who's been out there a lot says that "We are in a protracted asymmetric war against FEMA and the federal government " and civilians that are fighting and maybe they're winning I don't know they got some big ass dangerous badass equipment I know that. The minerals there are worth several trillion dollars: THAT'S what you're up against: evil people wanting the minerals under the Land there I don't see much hope.

Rand Paul the Republican Senator from Kentucky blocked aid for Hurricane Helene 2 days ago. Search Rand Paul blocked aid Hurricane Helene to learn more. I am sorry for the suffering and my heart is heavy but please try to find out why Senator Rand Paul is blocking federal funding.
@DeniseTerrell-oy5tmАй бұрын
So sad! I saw that. Everyone complaining the government is not helping. I wish people would have researched. Look up Trump and Biden history and you will see the mess Biden had to dig us out of. Gas is high because we are now oil dependent and don’t buy it from Russia anymore. We are drilling here more than ever.. I guess it’s the loudest, one that won? All these tariffs will put this country in a depression. Things are about to get way worse unfortunately.
@AstraLuna-o9iАй бұрын
If he is blocking it, it’s probably because the bill is not actually for aide for the people of NC but for gov contractors, or NGO’s who will misappropriate the funds and never set foot in these communities. Google FEMA Fraud, the name of an any hurricane of the past 2 decades. Natural disasters are a boon for the professional criminals in Washington.
@AdventureAwaits1111Ай бұрын
You need to listen to him speak. He was blocking aid to UKRAINE which was pork barreled into the disaster relief. More money went to Ukraine than NC. That is why he blocked it. He wants ALL the money to go to NC. So, while some will say he blocked relief, what he really blocked was more money to ukraine. The government is a tangled web of corrupt politicians....we are slowly weeding them out. From Rand Paul's history, I have a hard time believing he is not fighting for the best interest of the people. Anyone can change, so I listened and researched your claim and I do not see evidence supporting what you say. The details are important. *Link added for reference to what he actually said. kzbin.info/www/bejne/rHKoda15ZbabeaMsi=4-vsQOxyUEHuwTQv
@amandamosteller1371Ай бұрын
Also Republicans in NC Senate passed a bill they were calling hurricane "relief." However only 13 of the 115 pages mention helene. And of the $1.3 billion of total funding the entire bill called for, only $250 million would go towards Helene. On top of that the $250 million would go sit in an "account" until the NC assembly decided where to put it.. essentially the bill was a power grab. The incoming governor is a Democrat so they were stripping power from him.
@NancyPatrick-N2528 күн бұрын
I watched this video and I have to say in all honesty . I kind of understand why he blocked it. This is about small business loans. Tax dollars for the gov. is what the issue is, basically . Paul is trying prioritize I believe. He may be thinking the people living in tents that lost everyting should be first. If that's what he is thinking, I agree. People before business

It’d be nice if it was not political, but. Sorry not sorry. the democrats don’t give a damn about these people if we’re simply basing it on their In-actions. They’re letting these folks fend for themselves. Losing their homes, their jobs, confiscating their land for pennies on the dollar, and now separating families. That’s ALL political. They NEED to feel the guilt over this one

He ‘supposedly’ directed car manufacturers to switch to making ventilators. I’ve never heard him once say how he was planning to switch manufacturing to help these folks. Who’s manufacturing is going to be redirected to make heaters, build housing, provide potable water? He has given details on his big plans for very everything else he plans to do but just a generalized, blanket statement on helping these people. I’m not only talking about long term recovery, I’m talking about just merely being able to survive from one day to the next.
