Don't throw away the cardboard! For people in tents, put a tarp down, cardboard fashioned with duck tape, tarp over that, then the tent. The ground saps heat out. This will help. In the spring, you can layer cardboard over a garden you are making to stop the weeds, then dirt on top before you plant. Just make sure there is no plastic on the cardboard. As cardboard rots, it attracts worms. Please pass this information on to churches, etc. They have mountains of cardboard boxes they are throwing away. 1

I've been studying how to help people for all that time and often figured how to do it with inspiration by God, but I put a problem in my mind I just work on until I get a solution. I have 100s of inventions and ideas. EVERYTHING that I designed worked. I have built three of these systems. They all worked perfectly. One of the second video you'll see was the Most elaborate one and the most thorough one that I built. The third one was the simplest smallest cheapest one made from 6 cm diameter that's 2.36 in camping stove pipe stainless steel stove pipe. It was designed to be a light portable demonstration unit. Who lives near Ashville, but figured I can do more good by making videos and showing everybody how to do them because the parts are cheap they can be bought from Amazon AliExpress or eBay. I Will post a parts list soon basically you need two elbows, about 6 to be 10 feet of horizontal pipe for the trench, then the second elbow and about 4 ft vertical pipe coming out of the ground and that needs to be insulated or a thermal Mass around it so we can warm up heat up that's what creates the draft or draw because heat rises. There's Amish around the country that make stove pipe from stainless steel flashing. It's heavier wall than the junky black pipe you buy in the store and they sell it cheaper than what you buy black pipe bought in big box stores which will rust out after one year. Even this SS stuff won't stand up to the heat of a rocket stove forever, but it'll last a long time once you get the idea then you can build it out of anything fire brick slate Rock sheet steel there's a thousand ways to build it and 100 types of material to build it out of. Every bit helps! I am in Yancey County, too. Our home was spared. But, so many homes, vehicles, business and LIVES were lost. It will be a long time until things are "normal". Thank you for making this video. I watched it with tears streaming down my face. It really captures the reality of Helene and her destruction. But, more importantly, it captures the reality of the lives she affected.
