landing is when your on final approach or even short final. a final approach video is usually 4 minutes long. this video is 15 min+. change the name to DESCENT INTO KINGSTON, JAMAICA WITH JET BLUE AIRLINES
@hx35004 жыл бұрын
No such thing as "final approach." From the moment you take off, you are on approach to your destination.... In this case, the flight began its approach Appx 1,600 miles away from JFK to KIN.
@Nattaferg3 жыл бұрын
@@hx3500 He is correct. Former Air Jamaica flight attendant here. That is why it is called final approach. It is the immediate period of time when the runway is in sight and the aircraft is lined up for landing. When coming into Kingston, descent usually starts 30 mins before landing and the last 15 mins usually starts somewhere crossing over the north coast taking route over the Cockpit Country, Spanish Town, Caymans and finally the Kingston Harbour. Those last couple of mins esp. over the harbour is considered final approach.
