I'm pretty sure it will just save as usual, however I don't doubt your intellect and believe that you are not able to using cntrl+s. Now I don't know how to do that than, but if you ever use the notepad you'll know that you could just leave yourself a note stating the track and that it has 25% swing or whatever. That's what I would do anyways. Good Luck

I gotchu 1. Go into your piano roll 2. Highlight every note (ctrl+a) 3. Quantize with alt+q 4. Bring start time and sensitivity all the way up 5. Change template to drummer swing 1 6. Save the midi

Not sure about saving midi with the swing on it but you could right click the pattern in the playlist and render as audio and get a wav with the swing

I believe there’s a setting for it in your piano roll if you go to it and select all of the notes or the ones you want then scroll through the menu. Hope that helps
