Did you have to do anything special after the "make start key" function and writing the .BIN file back to the module? I went and read the keys and they now match the key ID's for the missing keys, but the vehicle still will not start. Is there a synchronization step that i am missing?

Could you confirm if this is virginising the module? And if so are you able to map it to a new vehicle? We’ve been told you can only virginise with a VVDI tool? Currently have a faulty ISM, and a used second hand ISM but our current scan tool doesn’t allow advanced functionality so looking for one that would allow the programming of Mercedes theft relevant parts like the ISM and Conductor Plate etc. Which scan tool are you using?

Hi I got autel im 508 and I would like to connect ism module from mercedes ml. Just quick question I found the diagram on autel without gbox use by obd the question is do I have to use xp400 then connect the pins from obd connector to ism module or just go directly without xp400?
