When I click on the image in the email, it does not highlight all blue like yours (gmail) but there is a blue highlight around it. Then, when I click on the link icon, I can load the link address but it only pastes as text on the email (not hidden link) and nothing happens when you click the image after the email has been sent. Did it change since 2022?

Haha, yes! I was just hoping it’s actually possible to put the whole letter with links in. But I guess some other service needed for that. Do you know by any chance what other service could creat a clickable email? Thank you!😊

Wow. I am glad I found this video. Plus, I can proudly report that all this works NOT only with gmail. Also you could skip the „drafts trick“. I was able to create a new mail on my iPad (remember we are talking iOS here) with my regular IMAP account. I pasted a link to website right into the mail, then selected an aera in that link to paste the desired image into. But yes, then “Drafts-Trick“ seems necessary when typing up a webaddress, not pasting it. As an alternative to this I was able to type the URL select and copy/cut it and just paste it exactly in place again. This creates a clickable link of the typed URL. Then pasting the image that worked as well.

It counts as outside the approved area. You can have a proof sent to you for not too much money.

Hi again, I don’t seem to have the option to make my Canva newsletter “view” only. Also, i was able to follow the rest of your instructions but when I clicked on the png picture in the body of the email, it did take me to the newsletter and it was sitting in CANVA with all my other workspace menus. Is there a way to take the link in the email body to the newsletter and have it open up on the screen without CANVA workspace?

@@user-LoriRead I had a similar issue and used the Public View Link when i hit share and that fixed my issue and took me to the same view she has in the video when she clicked the image! I hope this works for you as well! :)

Hello! This video is Sooooooo helpful and it worked last month but for some reason this time when I highlight the pgn file and insert the link it keeps changing the "display as" to the link and then the png goes away???? I have also tried to force the file name in the "display as" field since it looks that way in your video?? I am using Canva and Outlook? Any ideas!? THANKS!!!!

Hello Nice video. For me though at the bottom of the png it has the link under it which I don’t want. Also once I added the link and sent it to myself it doesn’t work if I touch the picture. Any tips to fix this? Thanks a lot

You have to make sure you highlight the picture and sometimes it can be tricky to highlight it. Try clicking on the far left out side the picture then click and hold to the other side of the picture.
