Hey. Firstly congrats on the progess. Quick question as I need to loose weight myself. I know my diet is awful, and I'm terrible with meal plans or prep due to working hours. Would you say things like hello fresh are good in terms of calorie tracking for a deficit?
@Fit_As_Fido9 ай бұрын
Hi mate, thanks for the comment! 100% mate I think hello fresh is great to be honest, you can pick calorie controlled meals, they’re really easy to make and most of all, they’re delivered. One of the key things I’ve done this year is make sure without fail I’m doing my big shop on a Sunday, that used to be my biggest downfall, not having food in and just grabbing what I could - things like hello fresh are really good for solving that problem
@joshshep1879 ай бұрын
@@Fit_As_Fido Yeah that's what I'm thinking cause I don't get home until late evening sometimes from work so prepping a whole meal is always bottom of my list. So was considering something like hello fresh or prep kitchen. Thanks for the response mate appreciate it👍

Your inspirational bud. I'm 34, 6"3 and 18 stones and I'm looking to get to 14 stone and I'll be happy but I'm struggling so much to make the initial change. Any tips on how to just start the journey please and not fall off the wagon?
@Fit_As_Fido9 ай бұрын
Thank you mate, you’re very similar to me - I was 18 stone in Jan and 6ft tall… goal is also 14stone. I think for me it was finding a routine. I started running which was hard at first, but that’s really helped in the end because now I feel bad if I don’t go for a run. Just keep trying is my best advice and eventually it will click. I tried and failed about 4/5 times last year to do this… this time, it just clicked for me. As long as you have the motivation to start, the routine will give you the motivation to carry one 👊
