We have a lot of stars 30 and above and at that age all it takes is one injury - God forbid - to end the career of Siya, Eben, Frans and a whole host of others. Bringing in the new blood allows us to be ready for when the old guard retires. Great show guys

New Zealand rugby is in decline , their domestic competitions are being destroyed . A nation's rugby system is only as strong as its foundation , school rugby in SA has no rival on earth . SA backline will run rings around the All blacks .

Be a little patient , its still early days in this 2027 cycle . A number of the older players may be phased out of the team post Rugby championship , making way for the next generation . By next year this time the average age of the Boks will be lower , but they will be far more dangerous .

That's most players at the elite level though. Everyone is one injury away...Am might not be back to his top form but he is also not performing badly to warrant dropping him IMO. He is still a world class outside centre, hopefully he gets more game time and we can revisit the chat.

Scrumhalfs fatigue faster... Fly-halfs have more time and space. They should be teams best kicker. The scrum half should control the flow off the game and fly half pull the trigger.
