I’m Megan, I a musician but my MS diagnosis has caused me to relearn and reteach myself everything you can imagine: including my vocals, playing guitar, piano, cajón, etc. Violin has always had a soft spot soulfully for me and last year R.J. & I were gifted a violin from my pop (dad’s dad). R.J. Dabbles here and there but I know the musician in me will want to attempt to play it if at all physically possible for me to achieve. As music is often more conveying to me than words may ever be. Physically it is a challenge, I’m learning as im trying to teach myself as well as positioning is much different than the other instruments I’ve learned/relearned retaught thus far. (Beginning of MS DX: I used to struggle to hold my head up, I often was left with my head tilted to the side or bobbling to like a bobble head uncontrollably towards the shoulder the violin now rests on)I’ve been blessed and have constantly worked hard since the beginning to overcome this symptom currently (though it can come back not to be unwise) As I’ve accomplished my infusion treatments and my own home regimens of PT. I am uncertain if this is something I can get past or overcome to be able to play this beloved instrument but I am going to at least go down trying and attempting. If you’re willing to share your experience or help me at all with this instrument 🎻 and your journey I’d be soulfully appreciative. Thank you! -Megan

Ok u suck. King of violin?? People who play pop on violin can never be kings. You know how easy these are compared to classical pieces? Even Paganini didn’t have the guts to call himself the king of violin and he is like the greatest violinist to ever exist. Now here u r playing some lousy pop music and u dare call urself king of violin?
