I personally have a café-au-lait birthmark and I've had it for my whole life I was and still am very insecure about it I never saw anyone in my life who had a similar birthmark to mine I always got bullied for it that's why I started hiding with makeup ever since I started Middle School because I didn't want anyone to know about it since I went to a new school and a new environment I'd always hide it with makeup like I said and plus that my hair so no one really knows about it now only my family members and one very close friend no one seems to take me seriously about it I've been on a laser treatment for 5 years now and it got better you could say that's what my mom says but I honestly don't see it I know it's true but I can see it because I am too insecure to do so I am going to a new school next year and I don't know if I should continue into this cycle of hide in it or just embrace it and take the bullying as it comes the thing is I don't really know how to defend myself sure I could throw some punches here and there but I am not really good with words and I sort of freeze whenever someone points it out I am seeking advice if anyone can help me out there I'm just lost and I don't really have anyone to turn to I know it might sound like I am exaggerating but it is really a big issue for me and I wish I could find someone to understand me? And I really appreciate you for spreading this and showing love and accepting yourself I almost say things that people on social media don't talk about this at all like we see girls with vertigo and stuff but we never see girls with birthmarks especially on their faces

I have over 400 friendship bracelets. I started making them when my daughter and I were going to go to the Eras Tour but then missed our show when I ended up in the hospital w a spinal injury requiring my 2nd spinal surgery in 2 yrs. When I got out I had lost A lot of feeling and Mobility in my left arm and hand but kept making friendship bracelets to help me relearn how to use my hand. It's been like physical therapy. Lyric and I don't have etas tour tickets but qe bring the bracket to taylor themed events and carry them w us to hand out to people when we see them in her merch etc. We recently saw a mom w her daughter at a Target putting Taylor vinyl in her cart. We gave them friendship bracelets and while my daughter Lyric talked to the little girl the mom pulled me aside and explained it was the girls b day and they were here shopping bc the girl wasn't having a party bc she had been getting bullies in school she told us that the little gesture made her whole day and the kids too and that ir was such a kind amd sweet reminder that there is kindness in the world. Make the friendship bracelets, carry them, hand them out. You'll have the best interactions and meet the coolest people. That's what I think Taylot wants, these little tokens are actually a beautiful reminder that we are in fact NOT on out own. She is making girlhood feel safe again and I love that something as simple as plastic beads on string can be such a beautiful reminder of that. Also, Regan, do you have a po box? I'd love to send you a bracket I made a while back that I think you'll get a huge kick out of.
