Back 40 years ago, I rewired two Panheads. Converted both to 12 volt, put dash with speedometer and oil & generator warning lights and key switch. Soldered wires together and used quick disconnects donated from TV factory where i Worked. I didn't like the term "idiot lights" because when you turn switch on they light up, starts charging and oil pressure builds they go out. Nothing idiot knowing everythings working.

I got one of these vitacci pentora 250 last month and mine came with an instructional booklet and the assembly went well . I got mine from safer wholesale .

What other work did you do to the motor i have the same carb and exhaust on a 196 governor removed, oil sensor removed and i have terrible trottle at 3/4 and bogs down i was also running real rich with a 120 so i stepped down slowly and on last project with it was on a 98 main jet and still seems a little rich was told to advance my ignition timing 8 degrees just trying to figure out if this is really necessary thanks again for the great video

What did you do with the governor arm and springs?

We did re jet to a 120.

The exhaust link does not work. Trying to find that exhaust

Most guys don't use the black plastic insulator. If used it would go between the head and the intake. So the stock jetting on the carb works as is without adjustments or different jets? Nice.

Sweet man I wanted one of these when I was like 11 I started working at around 16 and bought a Yamaha blaster then a 230 dirtbike and from their a husqvarna 250 2 stroke and then a kx125 and now I’m stuck on a yz426 probably the fastest bike I’ve ridden 😂
