Sir can we work as GP in our own clinic and then go for Family medicine exam after 5 years? I have PMDC License and a separate room in the house. Should i start my practice there? Or do I have to get it registered by PHC first.

Yes patients in India are weird ,if a doctor says to a patient that you need to take rest, exercise and take a balanced diet. the patient will say that the doctor doesn't know anything bcz he didn't prescribe any medicine 😅😅😅😅 In India,I have seen people like those doctors who give a lot of medicine and injections,for no reason 😂😂. I can't understand this reverse psychology.

اپ کی بات 100 فیصد درست ہے یہ لوگ عطائیوں کو کیوں تنگ کریں گے کیوں کہ انہوں نے ان لوگوں کی منتھلی لگائی ہوئی ہے یہ واقعی اصل ایم بی بی ایس پی ایم ڈی سی رجسٹر ڈاکٹرس کو ہی تنگ کرتے ہیں اور انہی کے کلینک سیل کرتے ہیں کیوں کہ وہ ان کو منتھلی نہیں دیتے اور ان کی تذلیل بھی کرتے ہیں اپ نے بہت اچھی بات کی۔ہر علاقے کی یوسی کا پولیو ورکرز کا انچارج جو ہوگا وہ اس ٹاؤن کے ڈی ڈی ایچ او گو منتھلی اکٹھی کرکے دے گا اگر انہوں نے کو ایکس پکڑنے ہیں تو میں ان کو بتاتا ہوں کہ کویس کہاں کہاں پر بیٹھے ہیں اور کیا کام کر رہے ہیں۔

Exactly....sir housejobians are inexperienced and especially in emergency there should be experienced doctor ,PG...shouldnbe available so that people's life shouldn't be threatened.... Some times we are in pateints shoes n when we see unexperienced people handling our loved ones we can't tolerate that so there should be check n balance ...we should be trained to save lifes not to become murderes in order of gaining experience....
