He didn't spend anything like a significant amount of time studying Dharmic systems. It takes years to genuinely encounter significant experience and change of state. And psychedelics actually aren't so different. Yes, you can have an immediate experience but true change and growth still takes years and decades

When I meditate and have gone into higher states of consciousness, I find it impossible to articulate with words my experiences. When I watched the movie Arrival where the alien language caused an evolution in mankind, it altered my consciousness. That movie was like getting a download into how an image can hold information that we don’t even know we are receiving. I feel artists of all kinds can enter the ZONE and tap into this universal consciousness that utilizes this perfect conduit to share downloads of super consciousness information.
