It’s interesting seeing the 96-98 home shirt with the 97/98 champions patches on it considering those patches went on the 98/99 shirt (same as the his JXL Dreamcast shirt just had JVC Sponser) It did make me think for a sec that my one was wrong though as my one has Bergkamp 10 on it and has the regular premier league patches on but nah my one is correct for the season of the double as we didn’t win the league in 96/97.

Weird seeing this, presuming it was filmed just before he moved to palace. Still seems like a top guy and good to get an insight into what kind of person he is. Sure he will be a regular starter for us in time as we are losing one of our current CBs at the end of this season almost certainly.

Just watched this, Yes we all love Rob but him being in the team, was a massive weakness, Gabriel was half the player he is when partnering Wilo, and now Rob sits on the Palace bench. As for Benny White he played with a bad injury against Newcastle cause Laughing Rob was sent off against Spurs as Son made a mug of him FOUR times. White scored a OG as he could hardly run and we finished 5th. I would have given Rob away for zero that summer. And now we got a whole 1 Million for him. In 2017 he was superb in the 2020 Final he was superb but the past 2 seasons has cost us dearly. Sorry Rob but Thank You for the Great Times and Good Luck with Palace

Hoping he will eventually get regular game time here at palace. Currently displaced by two top drawer ball playing CBs but they will be gone soon enough and then I think he will be a solid mid table CB for us. Shame he can't/won't play RB, we really need a new one pronto.
