Driving off that train is always the sad part, because it means your holiday is ending.

Just saw this when you went over Caversham Bridge past the old Viking Cafe as was and near my old school EP Collier York Road. Lots of changes in the town since I was at school in 1966 to 1971 and living in Kidmore Road with mum and dad. Fondly remember my 1st job at Wolfe and Hollander furniture shop and riding my Honda CB250 (ELP991J). First drinks in the Bull pub and the Star both long gone I imagine. I left Reading in 1972 for a job in the Midlands and have only been back twice in 50 years....nice to see how the old place has changed....

At 15:05 don't blink; to the left on the hill is the "illegal" white horse.
You can not see in this video but in the reality there is double and triple of HUGE ELECRIC FANCES before and all way through to board and get out of both of the fery and MOST of the chanel tunel... Huge tall and very long triple electric fancess aroung the whole these areas .

If im seeing this correctly, tje PO didnt dock into PO poste 6? But rather in irish ferries slot - Poste 11? This is so confusing the entire process is more stressful and off putting than the actual driving in europe
@alanchandler2547 күн бұрын
PO tend to use berths 8 & 9 as they have the largest ships. Not sure what will happen now that they have sold the Spirit of Britain to Irish Ferries!!! The new PO ships do not have to turn round at either end now as they are true roll on roll off double ended ships.
