I think the difference between anomalies and what Miguel did is he just straight up lived in the wrong universe which is why that universe glitched out of existence, he didn’t break spider canon because that Miguel wasn’t a spider

They really went super all out in the last season with the obvious over the top right wing stereotypes but looking back it was really there all along. I think it just wasn't quite so obvious cause there was at least some slight attempt to balance out the political satire. But once that went away it's pretty much unwatchable garbage now. At least at this point you still had some interesting scenes like this. The first season was pretty awesome overall the 2nd was a bumpy ride but still decent and the third was starting to slide pretty heavy but managed to hold it together largely due to Soldier Boy and all the plots surrounding him. Season 4 made me basically give up on the show entirely and not really care if I ever watch it again. I don't even think I finished the season. Just horrifically stupid and bad.

I know it's kinda late but this movie reminds me of old JRPGs or Megaman in PS1/Gameboy where in the final stage, you get to fight all the baddies from all the previous stages before the main event. Tho this Peter is different, it still felt like him fighting/meeting them again for 1 last time~
