My wife and I are going on the Azura in November and really looking forward to the specialty restaurants. I’m looking forward to Sindhu as I’m a bit of a curry connoisseur. I must say it looks amazing and can’t wait to try it. Really enjoyed your video. 👍👍

Great video! Considering booking yacht club. Haven’t been in MSC before. Does the drink package included in yacht club apply around the full ship or just yacht club area?

We’ve been allocated room 14051 and am worried that it’s going to be noisy, dark and generally rubbish? (When we booked it did say a non partial view)…. Can we do anything to be re-allocated? (We’re not super social so will likely be spending a lot of time on our balcony)

@@LittleBlue30 it sounds like you booked a Bella balcony where msc choose your cabin for you and the price of your cruise balcony cabin is cheaper . You have got the overhang above you which some people don’t mind but it may block your light on your balcony a little . Your view though is totally clear . It may be worth speaking to msc to see about moving to the fantastica experience and choosing your own cabin. Of course this will be extra cost. Join the msc group and check to see what other people have said about this cabin. They may even have pictures of it too and may put your mind at rest.

Thank you for this useful guide. I wish I'd seen it before we booked 8262, which was above the smoking area, causing smoke and noise. Customer services were sympathetic but wouldn't move us. This affects cabins 8253, 8255, 8257, 8259, 8256, 8258, 8260 and 8262. It was also a long walk to the stairs and lifts - the stairs nearby are for crew and emergencies.

Thanks for the video. My question is, do you get a refund on days you don’t use the retreat if you are buying individual days? Also, all the videos I see of the retreat areas always seem to be soaking wet! Do they dry things off or do you have to do it yourself?

@@sallymitchell6423 hiya no you don’t get a refund but you do get a pass for the thermal suite instead. The crew are so good in making everything lovely for you. There are a lot of undercover sun loungers too x
