I'm about to tell you people a story you won't believe. I live off Kelly and Danforth, we phoned the Edmond Fire Dept, about 4am of November '23. They showed up VERY late. We asked them *why* they were late ]. They said "WE were eating our Breakfast". I wanna know why 70%---30% nobody wanted the Edmond "Go Bond" ?? it's a great mystery?? Yes??? The Fire Dept guys apparently LOVE "eatin' breakfast" They then accused me of beating my mother (the guy with 1800's mustache loves accusing anybody of beating their mother to death,, it;s his big thrill in life) Edmond Fired Dept then told Edmond "Adult Services" that I abused MY OWN mother, then, I could not contact my own mother at Mercy Hospital or Integris Hospital, Because they said I had "beaten" by own mother, Then they don't understand why a BOND bill didn't pass a vote??? Ask these Firemen i.e COCKSUCKERS "why do you go to get your groceries in a RED firetruck that costs tax payers 1000 mpg and see if these high school IDIOTS have an answer why they didn't take a Toyota "Off duty" and save you , the taxpayer $599 dollars??? now this one doesn't really make sense on why this lost, the only places with the "no to tax raises" were empty lots, dilapidated homes, and glass covered sidewalks of the gated suburbs, some not even in the district, there's even a few across from the mall on 178th. that's just a little fishy, putting don't raise the land value on an empty lot that hasn't been mowed for at least two years, don't ya think dear reader? for context theres visably about 25% of people in town who live year round in edmond without reliable access to a motor vehicle (that number includes the disabled) all of these plans would make walking in the snow and extreme heat while getting food and healthcare easier on me. but now there is a looming fear that the residents of Oklahoma are so unaware of their surroundings that we've reached a point where anyone who has a car no longer cares where they actually live and its simply window dressing until they croak, it's depressing and damn near un-American that nobody but the poor and the mayor seemed to want this for eveyone. edited for typos

Some MAJOR EFD guy with a UGLY curly mustacce, had "adult services" calliing our home , to ask if I had hurt MY OWN mother, who I never raised a hand on in my 50+ years, then this EFD shit-head, spit on my MOm's yard, after she came back home from the hospital (a $1599 charge from EMSA). that's a very car-centric area on the woodlands side of i-35, i believe a safer and more assessable pedestrian route aside from fox lake trail the will be necessary, i've biked from there to edmond downtown and it's treacherous even for the able bodied

"Non-emergency" means they charge you $1500 on the trip back home from the hospital. My Mom couldn't walk back home from Mercy Hospital and they had to lift her to the ambulance., then they charged her $1500 because it was "non emergency" . So the message is "go bankrupt or die" Edmond Fire Dept. will take overtime salary to sit outside your garage and say "It's hazmat, our crew needs to sleep now" Terrific men.

Be careful people, because if you're a regular law-abiding citizen, 1 traffic ticket in 40 years living in Edmond, and you call for an ambulance for a close relative, the Edmond City Fire Dept (probably the one on Danforth) the weirdo with sloppy mustache will spit on your lawn as he leaves your home, will go into your house after YOU phoned them and make accusations against you to "OKC adult protective Services" because God knows if you're abusing a member of your family, the first people you call when they feel ill is Edmond EMSA (EMSA's NEW name this week??), so the same guys who take the large GAS GUZZLING Fire Dept truck for groceries (none of them, could say, take * their own car * for food NOT on the taxpayer's bill). I read electric meters for close to 20 years. Easy job. You get to know where the bad dogs are. People get to know when you are coming to read their meter. No big deal. You can get in fantastic shape walking all day.
