(8:31) does anyone here know where those 'paper', 'international paper' and 'in the way people never think of' samples come from?

Monster Zero is one of the best collages of samples ever put together. I truly aspire to put together a sample of that magnitude together one day.

Does anyone feel like DOOM’s a very underrated producer? I feel like he’s never talked about with great producers.

2:54 the audio clip in this song of Shake saying "Aqua Teen Hunger Force!" in this song comes from an episode. I don't remember which one but it's from season 1 9:04 In Space Ho's, the monologue where Space Ghost talks about two evil guests trying to ruin his show and Zorak asking who gave Space Ghost a talk show in the first place come from the same episode. I believe it's the last episode of season 2. Also when DOOM says "Have you ever thought to work with Err and Ignignokt and 'em" and you hear Err laugh, that audio clip comes from the Aqua Teen Hunger Force episode "Revenge of the Mooninites." 10:22 There were a bunch of lines that were from Perfect Hair Forever episodes. The "baby's got a 12-pack" line came from the same episode that "first I got stuck in this hole with smelly animals who bicker" line came from

I knew I recognized that hall and Oates drum sample .That’s crazy. I also went through a HUGE Godzilla phase when I was a kid and rented every Godzilla movie I could find so this album is very special imo

biggest fan of sampling sounds from shit like spiderman as instrumentation, ofc love the voice lines that he mixes together, but I find super special using sounds as instruments when they arent meant to be. i used the stomping of a robot pitched down as a baseline once, its nice to have that extra oomf from something so unrelated, and doom masters that shit so well

How did he find these samples in a time before the internet?????????
@carlostheyveltal52037 ай бұрын
Internet exist since 1989
@sanguchito7 ай бұрын
this album was made between 2002 and 2003, where internet already existed even tho, bootlegs existed back then (and probably he used the Invasion of Astro-Monster and Fist of the North Star samples because he maybe had watched those before the album)
