my favorite game growing up in Rhode Island. Fairly simple, but I would routinely beat all my friends. It is called Pitch in Newport

I play poker tournaments in RI, and there's always the same group of 8 people give or take a person.....during the 15 minutes Buffet break......today I'd the 1st time they asked me to play and I said " idk how "....and now smoking a cig I'm watching the tutorial and I'm lost 🫣

@@absurdjunkI, too, am from Rhode Island and played this game whenever I could collect 3 friends together. Absolutely my favorite card game. We used to play with the full deck, though, and it was much more fun. Everyone gets 13 cards so every single point is in play every game. Unlike this version where maybe the Jack isn’t dealt. I was pleasantly surprised when I moved to Tulsa and the exact same game was played, but called Pitch. For years, I played it every day at lunchtime with my colleagues. We had anywhere from 1-10 games going at a time in our break room. I live in Fort Worth now and I’m still looking for someone to play it with me. Just need 3 other people.

Hi Skully, its a hard game to teach but an easy game to play, once yv actually had to put yr money in the middle the learning gets a hurry on 😂 😂 real fast👍

A whole million.... why not two million lol. Even if trump “funneled” a million, he’s donating his paycheck. And he’s actually making America great again.....even the people who hate him are reaping the benefits of this administration. A million would be well worth it.

Ha Trump wins it,fantastic. We play this in the Uk Maribeth and its big in my town Halifax. I disagreed with your second lift as the 4th player threw off and the pitcher who came back with the queen would have been disappointed to see his partner throw an ace on his trick because it would have been obvious at that point that both opponents were off with the 2nd player losing his jack, ergo any ace is as good as a trump with both opponents off. I glad Trump won, he will make America work again. X

I generally advise always coming back in round two, even if your bid has been made. Had the bidder not come back, which forced player 2 to relinquish the Jack, then player 2 would likely have had an opportunity to sneak the Jack in at a later round since nobody else was following.
