This meditation is relaxing for me, after reading these other comments of “floating, numbness & transendence,” I don’t think I’m getting the full experience. I have been practicing meditation for years. I came across your video and have done it a few times. I aspire to level up to what other people have mentioned. I cried a bit towards the end. Thank you 🙏🏻❤️

What I strive for in this New Year is to release old bitterness & anger/jealousy & replace it with peace...I continue to work on it!
