Andrew Carnegie didn't make his wealth from real estate. However, real estate in the early 19th century probably was the only way to build wealth. That is no longer the case. Furthermore. Society has condition the average person to buy a home to live in. Not as an investment to build wealth.

Very interesting topic and lecture. I have seen realestate business in the US economy and am wondering why HOA is too much for apartment and condos. When I see from zillow, in most advertises, It is almost more than 50% of the rental income, which is not attractive to invest and rent out the housing unit. I love the BRRRR method, though.

Bro just say the owner dont know how to do it so they hire managers
@somerandomduud40864 күн бұрын
If an owner doesnt know how to rent out a property then i seriously doubt how he'd get the mortgage in the first place because you'd have to be pretty stupid not to know how especially after this man just explained to you how. Property managers are there so u can save your time. Imagine having 10 properties and having to deal with them and their broken shit all the time, having to call contractors, and having to also pay the taxes and u have to do all of that by yourself. A team is a must and its not because the owner doesnt know how to do it. He does know how to do it but it just eats up too much unnecessary time. Why do u think companies hire employees, because they cant do the work themselves? No because they can but they need to save on time and work.

There are many differing views regarding equities and their outlook for the upcoming years. I would absolutely hop on the boat if I understood a little bit about day trading, and I aim for short-term, steady returns from market corrections. All I want to do is find the best ways to increase and protect my $490k stagnating reserve from inflation.

A lot of folks downplay the role of advlsors until being burnt by their own emotions. I remember couple summers back, after my lengthy divorce, I needed a good boost to help my business stay afloat, hence I researched for licensed advisors and came across someone of utmost qualifications. She's helped grow my reserve notwithstanding inflation, from $275k to $850k.

I think there is an atom of truth because : America is currently plagued by the hydra-headed evil duo of inflation and recession. The worst part about this recession is that consumers are racking up credit card debt. In April alone, credit card debt went up 20% while rates have doubled in a year. Inflation is so high that consumers are literally taking debt for basic life necessities. Collapse has indeed begun..

Ironically, these are the conditions in which life-changing money is made by those who remain calm, patient, and take controlled risks. Volatility goes both ways. The banks are in a big crisis. The market looks very shaky. The bigger the red candles, the bigger the green ones. I have made over $280k in the last 4 months by investing through my FA.

Imagine a person who grew up in the foster kid system, being bounced around from one place to the next, never really having a chance to build relationships with anyone who might be able to teach them all those skills, concepts, habits, and techniques that successful parents take the intentional time to teach their children as they're growing up... that person then ages out of the system, goes on to college and lives in the dorms because that's the best option for a roof over their head, but they're so far behind that they do their best to catch up, but they don't know what they don't know so they don't know the right questions to ask and the right places to look for help. They then graduate and get into their 30's and 40's and still feel so far behind because they just never got those foundational life lessons that so many other kids grow up getting, let alone, the life lessons many learn in college because they were set up so well for success by their parents before they even got there... so they're still behind and still struggling. THAT is me - and THAT is thousands of other people, believe it or not. What I would give to see you put together a complete video series that really digs in deep, starts with the basics, and then works its way up to learning how successful adults set themselves up for a well prepared and prosperous life. What are the habits they do each day? How do they organize they life and themself too? What do successful people know about money that poor people don't seem to get? What are those things successful people do differently that set them apart? I think you get where I'm going... I would sure love to see you do a full complete video series on basically, how to adult and how to adult successfully - there are so many more people out there who need this just as much as I do. I'm just the only one saying it. Any chance you'd be willing to do something of that nature? I'd sure be grateful if you did. (I need a step by step kind of game plan... I missed it all growing up.)

The rich invest and start business , and teach there kids what they are doing. People that do business like investing in real estate, or other business they teach there kids how to invest . I believe in giving my kids experience they will remember those experiences long after I am gone . Money just gives you options . I teach them this . Just saving your money in the bank won’t make you rich , you need to invest that money in different passive streams . Most millionaires shop at Costco and look for deals there nothing wrong with that .That’s smart . Nothing wrong with having nice things either . Just be smart about it . When people say money is not everything try having NO money that’s not good either, I would rather have money and have a peace of mind god forbid if my car breaks down or I need to pay for a hospital bill I won’t think twice handing that money over when buying that car or when I need medical care. Or just want to go on vacation .and won’t blink an eye if it cost me more …..
