I don't think Indian Govt has any objections in granting the right to opportunites in education and employment in any institution. In fact, Indian Govt has allowed it openly. About the society discrimination and her thoughts about marriage, Supreme court legalized same sex relationship but held that same sex marriage cannot be legalized. Problem is marriage in the Indian institution is governed by Hindu Marriage act and Islamic law. Both these acts don't recognise any other union other than heterogenous male and female. The medical fraternity of the world, views any LGBTQ gender as an abnormality in the Chromosal structure of the individual. In the Supreme court, it was argued that an individual may consider himself or herself as an opposite gender mentally even if he or she is from masculine/feminine gender. Govt countered it that you cannot feign as someone from the opposite gender unless there is some abnormality in chromosal structure. Problem in India is education. Children should be educated and make them proud for their own genders and respect for other genders too, even to the LBGTQ.
