Hi there, this is just off my phone. Pixel 7 Pro @ 4K resolution and 60 fps. I heard iPhones are better for recording video, for what it's worth.

@@Idtpmi think there are dif levels... but emily here sounds better than chester did when he had her same age (38; 2015 i think). He lost a lot of his natural voice color, prob for damaging his vocal chords

@@pelotudasincerebro5399 I mean, 2015 was Chester's worst vocal year and by 2017 he sounded much better. When Chaz sang Faint on Rock Werchter in 2017 it sounded good.

I have one thing to say that might not be necessary, but I think she should hold the mic closer to her mouth like Chester did for us to get the full affect of her great screams and beautiful voice!!!

They should seriously should have considered starting a new band instead of using the name Linkin Park tho. Let's be real nobody really became fan of the band because of Mike Shinoda or any of the band members. It was mostly Chester's vocal range and performance that captivated the fans. If you are gonna do a new music with new vocal, of course he should, but using the name of the band that no longer sounds like the old band with very few key members is a different story. New songs are great so why try to use the old band name? Compare it to Smashing Pumpkins, everybody knows the key member of the band is Billy, so no matter how many times band members change, the sound of the band stays the same for the most part. Can you say the same thing about LP? Can any of you really confidently argue that LP would become this big without Chester?

Disagree. It was a collaborative effort from all of them. Mike did write 95% of the lyrics for hybrid theory and meteora. He also produces, creates the synth tag lines like in faint and etc. Brads guitar lines, joes dj fx, the whole team made linkin park and they are equally responsible for making chester famous. We would never have known him without linkin park. The thing people forget is that this legacy belongs to every member of the band, not just chester. His was the voice you heard but he was singing mikes lyrics on the 2 albums that launched their stardom. Plus, without mikes raps on certain songs, it just wouldnt be the same. The band gave 7 years to grieve. Its time to move on for all of us. You are allowed to not like the new sound, and to miss chester but people shouldnt use chesters legacy as an excuse against the band. They have just as much claim to that legacy.

I also think the 2 new sings that have debuted sound more og linkin park circa the meteora era then the last 3 albums. To me, they definitely sound like linkin park.

Chester literally has been in a band before Linkin Park. He also had his side project - Dead by Sunrise. He also was a part of Stone Temple Pilots for some time. None of these things worked out and had a very mild success. Not to diminish his abilities as a singer or something, but saying that he's the sole/main reason of LP's success is very disrespectful to other band members. He was good at conveying emotions, but even the most emotional pieces like Breaking the Habit were written by Mike. Nobody is forcing anybody to listen to new stuff - you can always play your favourite songs whenever. I'm rooting for guys, and lowkey hoping for Rob to return, but I respect his choice.
