Is this the same Mickey Barker that use to play for Magnum? If so, my first ever clinic featured him. It was a Yamaha clinic with Ian Moseley (Marillion) and Dave Mattacks (Fairport Convention amongst others)

Bit of a turn-around here! Mie usually drives the song, musically.....Millie certainly has the chops to hold things down with the drummer but normally takes the roll of fronting the band....while also playing bass. They're definitely a group with depth that I think gets over-looked because they bring such a circus act to the stage. Catch their better performances and you'll see a tight little unit that truly knows how to RAWK! I have my fingers crossed that their current drummer, Sam Ogden stays on as a permanent member; it'll be good for them and Sam's pretty damned awesome on the kit.

The Drummer is Dave McCluskey from Glasgow, formerly of the Union and at the time of recording Quireboys.

looks excellent. i had a ticket but couldnt manage to get my already crippled bank account to stretch to another gig. hopefully hell come back with his solo album and perhaps a lets rumble night?! :)
