I would say dreams and experiences I have had in them, form half of who I am today. I have many lucid dreams often, probably once every week. One experience I had not long ago was half lucid dream half meditation, my worst experience so far. I won't go into details about this experience, but I reached a place I have never reached before. I was cocky and naive, this place contained all the knowledge of existence, I knew it immediately. I thought that if I could take with me just a little bit of that, then when I would wake up I would for sure change humanity's history. That was my mistake. Suddenly I knew I was being observed, not just my image but my whole being. During the whole experience I could feel my physical body still laying down on my bed, and my "astral" body, both being fully observed. This being that was watching me, was not just one but a collection of entities, and clearly let me know I was not welcomed there, that I was but an ant that knew nothing. Feeling threatened I tried ending the experience while trying to engrave in my memory a tiny bit of the knowledge I could perceive in this place. Then this entity got me. I can't explain the sensation fully but it was like my whole existence being pulled and erased into a void of nothingness. The strongest force I have felt ever, both bodies and my perception of self started to disappear quickly. In my terror, already giving up to the idea that I was just going to disappear, a different multi entity being popped a phrase in what remained of my conscience. I grasped that phrase with all my remaining strength and what was left of my conscience I started to repeat over and over the phrase, not knowing the meaning, just knowing I had to repeat it to safe myself. I feel like crying every time I remember this experience, I repeated the phrase, millions of times, my time awake feels like a mere second compared to the time I spent repeating that phrase over and over. I started to recover my sense of self, my memories, my essence. Finally after what felt like a true eternity, I was able to open my eyes and connect my two bodies again. Ironically when I opened my eyes, even when I repeated that phrase for an eternity I could not remember at all what it was, I couldn't remember any of the knowledge in that place, or whatever it was. The rest of the experience is clear and vivid as the minutes that I have spent writing this. I have been trying to find people who has experienced something similar. I know it was not precisely a dream, when I woke up my left side of my body was extremely cold, my right side burning hot. I cannot say i feel haunted by the being, but since then there is this weird ruins that keep appearing in most of my dreams. I had a dream character outside my door he was small like a midget but looked like an adult he insisted to come into my apartment. I told him no. I then told him he’s not real and I’m dreaming. He then got this evil look on his face and formed snake eyes….. he then said do you think there is a God…. I said yes and started singing a song about Jesus (actually a Black Sabbath song) I then grabbed him and threw him into a wall… he vanished…. Did I do wrong?

Question below: Recently I have been going in my dreams to the same plane (feels like my house or where I stay) often with a mixture of real life friends as well as being able to spend moments or activities with spirits that aren't in physical bodies anymore and also new aces and names.. I mostly spent the time learning, traveling, exploring new lands or unfamiliar territories. on top of that on occasion i would end the night where i would be dreaming that l'm preparing to got to bed after a day of activities, like getting snacks and movie in bed, getting tucked in in different places with different partners (where i know that is a clear dream) , near to waking time. SO i would just have just dreamed and remembered that i was just going to sleep and wake up here in real life. Also my sensory perception in dreams, i can feel the ground, water, wind and fire. Dreams feel very realistic like I am in an alternative dimension. I'm a self-explorer myself but can Anyone else can relate ?? Furthermore A month ago , in a dream I was flying using a hatcopter (like Inspector Gadget) in the beautiful massive mega city (not earth) , the city light and black night sky together breath-taking, and i would jump up higher of the buildings to get higher in the air, better view. Ended up stopping at my friends for hat maintenance. ~~ this felt like I was there rather than in a dream. My Question here: What's the link between Dreams and Astral Travel (Astral Projection) and Can I Astral Travel while asleep.(with set intention and prep pf course). ???
