元々はすぐ側の別の場所にあったんですよ。子供の頃土曜日の昼食にそのマックに行くのが楽しみでした。すぐ側にはオモチャ屋があって子供たちのたまり場だった。もう既にずっと前の事だけどこれまでずっとハンバーガーを提供戴きありがとうございました。お疲れ様でした。

そうそう元はレコード屋の隣りにあってその斜向かいに確かパンドラっていうおもちゃ屋さんがあった。自分は上北沢が最寄りだったけど西友の屋上とか遊ぶところが多かったのでよく下高井戸までいってましたｗ@@kissy3934

@HOGEFAN there are always shady voting system flaws being talked about and then covered up... it's all so shady it's just shade, no light ;)

None of this matters. I thought you were in it to win it, and apparently you weren't. If you were, then Simon's advice would've probably helped. But for the reasons you stated, his advice was irrelevant. As a personal preference, I'm glad you ignored his advice as I love the way you look. But you see what sells and Simon does as well. The successful careers of Selena Gomez and Kelly Pickler have more to do with other things than singing and writing talent.

@helleuw I don't know that I've genuinely disagreed with anything you've said. I said I admired the fact that you didn't compromise your integrity in order to make more money. You have less of an opinion of Simon than I do. We probably share the same opinion of Idol. Regarding Jennifer Hudson, I read at the time (not from Idol) that there were power outages in the Chicago area that hurt her voting numbers. The voting system was silly and the hidden information made it all sound shady....

I think you look great, and I'm happy for your career and your marriage. I think Jennifer Hudson looked great before she lost weight and now. Losing weight and changing what you sing wasn't worth the integrity compromise? Good for you. I'm sure you'll be happier in the long run.

@helleuw That exploitation gave Carrie Underwood and Kelly Clarkson a lot of money and fame in a career they want more than anything, which is the reason why 99.9% of contestants enter the contest. That show gave you some notoriety that you would've otherwise not had as much of. Let's not pretend he hasn't helped careers. Simon didn't pass over Jennifer Hudson. The stupid voting system did (I stopped voting after that show, then stopped watching a season later). AI also helped her career

@helleuw I completely get it, and I respect you for it. It's pretty much the counter of what American Idol is trying to produce, but you did generate notoriety of it while keeping your integrity, so that's a win-win situation for you. No need to be so defensive or hostile. I didn't criticize your looks or your singing. Most people who go on AI are trying to win and trying to be stars. If you weren't, then you were essentially snagging a spot on the show from someone who was.

So if Simon gave me career advice, I'd take his career advice. That's half the point of the show. And not everybody received the same advice you received. Jennifer Hudson didn't. You did, for specific reason. To generate more audience appeal. Not his fault those with the spending money are the way they are. It's his job to recognize how they are. And that's what he did.

helleuw, as far as what Simon knows, he knows how to make money. And he knows how to evaluate talent and make them money. Look at Carrie Underwood, for God's sake. You're on American Idol I assume for a reason. He gave advice on what it takes to get you to the top, and it was cosmetic advice that many agreed with. If you don't think it had merit, you're kidding yourself. Personally, I thought you looked great and hot. But what appeals to me doesn't appeal to the superficial masses.
