Not a dig at the channel but yet another show with no modern layouts. This does not inspire new modellers or myself. I have seen this so much recently.
@johnrugman524 күн бұрын
To be honest I did not notice the absence of modern image, but yes blue era seems as new as it gets. My personal preference is the steam diesel changeover (its an age thing.. I do film whatever is there. Thank you for taking the time to comment.

Some good stuff there. I really liked "Rossiter Rise." But the best one was "Kensington" (was it "Kensington" or South Kensington)? to the point that I want to be a plastic figure on the platform!

Total agree with davesmith9431, a monopod would make it so much better and actually watchable! A much better use of your time and commitment, please keep trying😬

Sitting at home in Melbourne on the other side of the world gives me time to reflect how we are so fortunate to have railway enthusiasts like you who film so well. Thank you! These initial shots at Crowcombe Heathfield: great. Sad that the CR loco failed but these are elderly locos, so plenty can go wrong. And what a classic shot at Ble Anchor of 9351 arriving with the fireman ready to exchange tokens (I was going to say 'exchange staffs' but that historically was the system in my state of Victoria, Oz, not tokens: same principles though). From other videos, plus yours, it appears patronage was excellent and on some other days at WSR that's also been true. It needs the money. I've done a stack of main and branch lines in UK plus three heritage railways (NYMR, SVR plus Dartmouth) but hope to do WSR and others soon. Such a terrific preservation scene in the UK.
